Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of nigel david barnard, late of 8c itar court, marangaroo, western australia, deceased, who died on the 11th april, 2023, are required by the executor heather frances barnard to send particulars of their claims to heather barnard of 8c itar court, marangaroo, 6064 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
