Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of darrell wayne mcarthur, late of 9a wurangura street, newman western australia, formerly of 14 spiral flag road, yanchep western australia, who died on 14 may 2019, are required by his limited administrator, eric tan, to send particulars of their claims to him at robertson hayles lawyers, po box z5403, perth wa 6831 within one (1) month of the date of publication, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
