In the matter of the estate of Michael Hugo Proctor, late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 March 2020, are required by the administrator, Craig Alan Gregson, to send the particulars of their claim to Gregson & Associates PO Box Z5017 St Georges Terrace Perth WA 6831, on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the said administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
