Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act. This order is the Retail Trading Hours (City of Albany) Christmas and Public Holiday Variation Amendment Order 2020. This order amends the Retail Trading Hours (City of Albany) Christmas and Public Holidays Variation Order 20 December 2020. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Albany local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on specified days and hours.
