Amends water services regulations to protect customers affected by family violence by ensuring confidentiality of their information.

These regulations amend the Water Services Regulations 2013. Matters relating to customers who are directly or indirectly affected by family violence are prescribed. The licensee must not make a record relating to a customer available for inspection if doing so would disclose information that the customer has requested be kept confidential because the customer believes that disclosure of the information could increase the risk of family violence.
