Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 march 2026, are required by the executor of the estate, arya ryan ashoorian, to send particulars of their claims to him, care of avery & ashoorian lawyers, [contact details redacted] 20th of june 2026, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
