In the matter of the estate of John William Young, late of 308/[contact details redacted], deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 April 2025, are required by the executors, Louise Maree Young, Joanne May Vallve and John Benedict Young, care of Wyening Mission Farm, [contact details redacted] within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
