Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, Michael Andrew Rowe, who died between 16 july 2024 and 22 july 2024, are required by the executor, david michael rowe, to send particulars of their claims to him care of ew gray lawyer, post office box 317, esperance wa 6450 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
