Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, james michael saville, who died on 30 july 2024, are required by the substitute executor, suzanne wendy burgham, to send particulars of their claims to her care of ew gray lawyer, post office box 317, esperance wa 6450 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the substitute executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
