Made under the Administration Act 1903 section 14A(2) by the Minister. This order is the Administration (Intestacy Legacy Amounts) Order 2025. This order comes into operation as follows—(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. For the purposes of section 14 of the Act, the sums that apply for the specified items are as follows—(a) item 2—$546 000; (b) item 3(a) and (b)—$815 500; (c) item 3(b)(i)—$65 500; (d) item 6—$65 500.
