A spelling error occurred in the publication of the above instrument in government gazette no. 175 dated 16 october 2020 on page 3718 and is corrected as follows— 3. Appointment to panel of experts each of the persons listed in the table to this clause is appointed as a member of the panel of experts referred to in section 52(1)(b) of the act for a term of 4 years commencing on 8 september 2020. Table (clause 3) delete mr simone orme insert mr simon orme.
