This instrument is the Western Australian Electricity Review Board Panels Membership Instrument 2017. Under the Energy Arbitration and Review Act 1998 section 52(3), appointments are made to the panel of legal practitioners and the panel of experts for a term of 2 years beginning on 1 January 2018.
