It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Swan Valley Local Planning Scheme amendment on 26 September 2023 for the purpose of amending the scheme map to insert additional use no.15 (a15) over lot 210 (no.3003) west swan road, caversham; amending schedule 1 by inserting into land use terms, the definition of produce store; amending schedule 2 to include provisions relating to a15; and amending schedule 5 additional site and development requirements.
