It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Brookton Local Planning Scheme amendment on 26 September 2023 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lots 51 and 181 Boyagarra Road, Brookton from the 'Rural' zone to the 'Rural Smallholding' zone. 2. Amending the Scheme Map accordingly. 3.
