Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, delegates to the holder of the office of Executive Director, Legislation and Strategic Engagement of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, powers and duties under specified regulations. Delegation No. 2 dated 4 July 2018 is revoked.
