Mike Rowe, as CEO of the department assisting the Minister for Environment, describes the information required in an annual return for liable local governments providing waste services, pursuant to regulations 18C and 18D(1) of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Regulations 2008. Liable local governments must inform the CEO that they provide waste services pursuant to regulation 18B(5)(a) of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Regulations 2008.
