Take notice that Josephine Sacino of 144 Railway Parade, Bayswater in the State of Western Australia the executor of the estate of Robert Edwards, late of 32 Dwyer Crescent, Gosnells, in the State of Western Australia (“the Deceased”), intends to distribute the estate of the deceased 31 days after the date of this notice. Any creditors and/or other persons having a claim against the estate of the deceased should send full particulars of their claim to HFM Legal, PO Box 1, Maddington, Western Australia, 6989, before the expiration of that period, after which the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
