Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Maria Cicchillitti, late of 44 Perkins Avenue, East Bunbury, who died on 17 june 2019, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of Maria Cicchillitti deceased, care of Young and Young, 5 Spencer Street, Bunbury by the 19th day of february 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
