Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2 december 2019 are required by the legal personal representative thokozani sithole c/- birman & ride of level 3, 16 irwin street, perth wa 6000 to send particulars of their claim to her by the date one month from the publication date after which date the legal personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
