It is hereby notified for public information that the legislative council has disallowed the following provisions of a local law made under the local government act 1995— part 4 division 2 and schedule 13 items 12 to 18 of the shire of toodyay health local law 2017 published in the gazette on 22 december 2017 and tabled in the legislative council on 13 march 2018.

Abolishes all wards in the district of Toodyay on the next election day.
Prohibits burning of garden refuse and lighting of fires in Toodyay during Prohibited Burning Period, and restricts burning of garden refuse during Restricted Burning Period without a permit.
Enacts the Shire of Toodyay Cat Local Law 2018.
