Enacts the Shire of Toodyay Cat Local Law 2018.

Under the powers conferred by the Cat Act 2011 and the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Toodyay resolved on September 25, 2018 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Toodyay Cat Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.

Repeals the Extractive Industries Local Law published on 1 November 1999.
Abolishes all wards in the district of Toodyay on the next election day.
Prohibits burning of garden refuse and lighting of fires in Toodyay during Prohibited Burning Period, and restricts burning of garden refuse during Restricted Burning Period without a permit.
Disallows Part 4 Division 2 and Schedule 13 items 12 to 18 of the Shire of Toodyay Health Local Law 2017.
