Michelle Rowland, Minister for Communications, determines the legislative instrument under subsection 12(1) of the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995. This instrument is the Guidelines for the Classification of Computer Games 2023 and commences on 22 September 2024. It repeals the Guidelines for the Classification of Computer Games 2012.
