These regulations amend the Police Force Regulations 1979. Part VII is inserted after regulation 6A12, concerning the custody notification service. ALSWA must be notified of the detention of a CNS person at a police facility. The responsible officer must ensure a record is made of the notification given to, and other contact with, ALSWA.
