City of Perth Outdoor Dining Local Law 2019 made under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. The purpose of this local law is to regulate the management of outdoor dining areas in any public place within the district. This local law will come into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.

Requires landowners/occupiers to remove inflammable matter from their land by October 31, 2020, and maintain it until April 30, 2021.
Appoints Konrad Seidl as Chief Bush Fire Control Officer and Vivian Browne as Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer for the City of Perth, along with other Bush Fire Control Officers.
Approves City of Perth local planning scheme amendment related to plot ratio and land use in Claisebrook Inlet and East Perth.
Exempts City of Perth from insuring under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, except for industrial diseases under section 151(a)(iii).
