Notice Text
Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are hereby required, on or before 31st October 2020 or within 14 days of becoming the owner or occupier after the 31st October 2020 and thereafter up to and including 30th April 2021, to remove inflammable matter from the land owned and/or occupied by you, in accordance with the following requirements.

Appoints bush fire control officers for the City of Perth under the Bush Fires Act 1954.
Approves City of Perth local planning scheme amendment related to plot ratio and land use in Claisebrook Inlet and East Perth.
Exempts City of Perth from insuring under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, except for industrial diseases under section 151(a)(iii).
Amends the City of Perth Outdoor Dining Local Law 2019 by deleting clause 2.5(2)(c).
