The Shire of Quairading under the powers conferred by the Planning and Development Act 2005 makes the following local planning scheme. This local planning scheme is the Shire of Quairading Scheme No. 3. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The following local planning scheme is revokedβShire of Quairading Local Planning Scheme No. 2 gazetted on 31st August 1993.
