Under the powers conferred by the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Quairading resolved on 27 September 2018 to adopt the following local law. This local law is cited as the Shire of Quairading Pest Plants Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Quairading Pest Plants Local Law 2016.
