Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the City of Perth. Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are hereby required, on or before 31st October 2019 or within 14 days of becoming the owner or occupier after the 31st October 2019 and thereafter up to and including 30th April 2020, to remove inflammable matter from the land owned and/or occupied by you, in accordance with the following requirements.

Appoints Konrad Seidl as Chief Bush Fire Control Officer and Vivian Browne as Deputy Chief Bush Fire Control Officer for the City of Perth, along with other Bush Fire Control Officers.
Approves City of Perth local planning scheme amendment related to plot ratio and land use in Claisebrook Inlet and East Perth.
Exempts City of Perth from insuring under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, except for industrial diseases under section 151(a)(iii).
