In the matter of the estate of Daniel Owen Kendrick, late of Unit 2/3 Lang Street, Brentwood, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 9th day of June 2018, are required by the administrators, Kathleen Hazel Smith and Colleen Barbara Kilford to send the particulars of their claim to Havilah Legal of Level 2, 200 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, Western Australia, by the 26th day of November 2018, after which date the said administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
