In the matter of the estate of Jonathan Mangachena, late of Unit 19/[contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 14th day of November 2018, are required by the administrator Godfrey Prosper Moyo to send the particulars of their claim to Havilah Legal of Level 2, [contact details redacted] 30th day of August 2019, after which date the said administrators may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
