It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Rockingham Town Planning Scheme amendment on 1 February 2019 for the purpose of— 1. Amend Additional Use No. 24 in Schedule 2 to include Lot 727 (No. 8) Langley Street, Rockingham and Lots 707-709 (No. 21, 23 and 25) Thorpe Street, Rockingham. 2. Amending the Scheme map accordingly.
