Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the said deceased person who died on 8 march 2025 are required by the administrator of the deceased’s estate being jodie marie bell, care of bechelet & co, 1/34 the crescent, midland, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her within one month of publication of this advertisement, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
