Ramazan Ciplak, late of 1686 Great Northern Highway, Upper Swan, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person who died on 30 August 2024 are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Danielle Lucy Bechelet, care of Bechelet & Co, 1/34 The Crescent, Midland, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to her within one month of publication of this advertisement, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
