Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who was found on 22 september 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to her care of irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville, western australia 6007 by 30 july 2021 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which she then has notice.
