Notice Text
Any person having a claim against or to an interest in the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 july 2019, are required by her personal representative to send particulars in writing of his/her claims to the personal representative care of irdi legal, [contact details redacted] 6007 by 6 january 2021 after which date the personal representative will convey or distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which she then has notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim she shall not have had notice.
