Notice is hereby given that the sum of $39,743.30 has been owing to the Shire of Northam for a period of 3 years for rates/service charges in respect of the land described below and unless payment is made of the sum of $39,743.30 within 3 months from the date of this notice the local government will, pursuant to section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995, cause the land to be transferred to the Crown.
