Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 april 2024, are required by the executor and trustee of his estate, william joseph cockle, to send particulars of their claims to him of c/- cockle solicitors, 222 queen victoria street, north fremantle wa 6159 within thirty-one (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
