Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 january 2024, are required by the executor and trustee of her estate, william joseph cockle, to send particulars of their claims to him of 3 thomas street, mosman park wa 6012 within thirty-one (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
