These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations Amendment (Travel Agents) Regulations 2016. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations when the Travel Agents Act 1985 expires under section 61 of that Act. Deletes references to the Travel Agents Act 1985 from schedules in Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005, Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994, Sentencing Regulations 1996, and State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004.
