Notice is hereby given under section 10A(6)(b) of the Act that the scheme hereinafter set forth was approved by the Attorney General on 7 November 2018. The terms of The Ron Jenkins Children’s Trust Fund established by the Will of Ronald Percival Jenkins dated 8 April 1981 be varied. The annual income from this Trust Fund is to be made available to the Channel 7 Telethon Appeal. The accumulated income of $2,699.99 is to be paid to Channel 7 Telethon Appeal.
