Order approving a scheme to vary clause 3(b) of the will of Betty Lorraine Perry, deceased, to substitute 'Cancer Council Western Australia (Inc) ABN 15 190 821 561 of L1/420 Bagot Road, Subiaco, WA, 6008, for the purpose of cancer research, as a charitable gift.' Executor's commission of $15,000 to be paid to the Plaintiff from the Estate. Plaintiff's costs and Third Defendant's costs of $7,600 to be paid out of the Estate.
