Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 march 2022, are required by the executor christopher james innes of 6 milton court, beldon wa 6027, to send particulars of their claim within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
