The council of the Shire of Broome resolved on 28 July 2022 to make the following local law. This is the Shire of Broome Waste Amendment Local Law 2022. This local law commences 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Broome Waste Local Law 2021 published in the Government Gazette on 9 December 2021 is repealed. This local law amends the Shire of Broome Waste Local Law 2021 published in the Government Gazette on 30 March 2021.
