Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, i hereby cancel notice MX 404 as published in the government gazette on 14 november 2008 and hereby limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) knots within the following area—location; those waters of the indian ocean in gantheaume bay bounded by a line commencing on the shore at 17° 57.263′s, 122° 12.231′e; thence to 17° 56.933′s, 122° 11.633′e (approximately 1200 metres west-north-westerly); thence south-westerly to gantheaume point at approximately 17° 58.403′s, 122° 10.581′e. All coordinates based on gda94.
