Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of Robert Emlyn Scott late of 16 Churchill Drive, South Bunbury who died on 28 December 2023 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the Executors of the Estate of Robert Emlyn Scott deceased care of Young & Young 5 Spencer Street Bunbury by the 22 July 2024 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
