Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25 december 2024, are required by the executor, adam james lubofsky of safewill estates pty ltd of level 7, 28 foveaux street, surry hills, new south wales to send particulars of their claims to safewill legal of po box 533, surry hills nsw 2010, representatives for the estate, within 30 days by registered mail after which date they may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
