Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 31 july 2024, are required by the executor, adam james lubofsky of safewill estates pty ltd of level 7, [contact details redacted] send particulars of their claims to safewill legal of [contact details redacted] 30 days by registered mail after which date they may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
