These regulations amend the Owner-Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) (Code of Conduct) Regulations 2010. Western Roads Federation Pty Ltd is prescribed for the purposes of the definition of transport association in section 3 of the Act. The Registrar must keep a register of authorities issued under section 34B(2) of the Act. The Commission must publish on the Commission’s website an up-to-date copy of the register of authorities.
