These regulations amend the Owner-Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) (Code of Conduct) Regulations 2010. Schedule 1 is amended to update contact details for the Tribunal and the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, and to revise the disclaimer regarding the information provided.
