Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties to various office holders within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, excluding the power of delegation, under specified sections and regulations of the Act and related regulations. Delegation No. 153 dated 31 October 2020 is revoked.
